On RCC-M code

Question
We have RCC-M 2012 (with ad. 2013, 2014, 2015) in digital format. It is not clear, when which modification was executed (e.g. from ad. 2014 to 2015). The marking of changes isn’t clear to me, is there a rule for RCC-M 2012.

Background is, that we have a contract relating to RCC-M 2014 and the addenda’s made in 2015 may influence our design. But as I can’t see, which change was made at what time, it isn’t clear to me.
Answer
On all Afcen code, you’ll find your information on the first pages of the addenda.
For example on the RCC-M code first pages the information are on page V in the second paragraph.
Then in pages IX to XIV you’ll find all the paragraphs modified in the code vs MS – modification sheet.
In addition, on the top of all the pages modified, you’ll find the following words « RCC-M – 2012 Edition – March 2014 Addendum » or 2013 or 2015.

Question
Are the AFCEN « Modification Sheets » available somewhere?
Answer
When you are an Afcen member you have access to all the MS – modification sheet. See http://www.afcen.com/en/membership
